Our designers begin their creative journey, reinventing a classic, or creating something completely new.

Scouring 40's vintage magazines and international markets for inspiration.

The Fabric

In the design house, Fabric is King.

Our team oversee and obsess over every step of fabric preparation.

Our pieces start in Italy as patented fibres from the Bergamo Mills. Our linen from Turkey. Our buttons from Tunis…

You get the picture. Only the best make the cut.

The Cut

Next up is our London studio for pattern cutting and fitting.

Refining and connecting with you, our community. The iterative process is key to getting the perfect design.

The cream rises to the top, and everything else gets left on the cutting room floor.

The Production

We take quality seriously.

Every piece undergoes 11 meticulous production stages of craftsmanship.

Every zip, button and stitch is carefully selected and placed.

Our quality control team leaves no detail unchecked before each product leaves our care.

The Finishing touches

Every product is inspected for the smallest of faults before the LYRA label is sewn in.

Each piece is hand-pressed, ironed and wrapped before being sent to London for final inspection.
