Return & Refund Policy
LYRA guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return them to us and we will give you a full refund of the price of the Goods provided that:
- The Goods are returned to us "as new" i.e. unworn and unwashed with all labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact, together with your invoice/ order number within 30 days of receipt of the Goods by you.
Customs/Clearance Fees: For International returns, please clearly label the shipment as "RETURN" in order for the parcel not to be held by local customs.
Please note that we do not offer 'free returns' service.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with UK Consumer Law.
LYRA cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing or are stolen if they are left according to specific delivery instructions you provide. For example, if you request that your parcel be left at the front door without a required signature, we cannot accept liability for any resulting loss or theft.
To enhance delivery security, all parcels are sent using a premium service that mandates a signature upon delivery. This measure helps ensure your parcel arrives safely and minimises the risk of loss or theft.
